Generally the joy-cons will come with the wrist strap / shoulder button thing but not the 'comfort' grip that holds them together in a more standard layout. I prefer to use them separated anyway but not everyone does.
No you'll need to buy seperately or use the one that comes bundled with the console
they do not, but you can get a batter/ charging one for like $25

I got them to match a normal Joycon bundle at $94 a few weeks ago.. gutted now as this would have worked out much better.

Don't they need to have a physical store to pricematch? I price-matched Diablo 3 from gamesmen at JB and asked me if they had a physical store, which they do.
My local JB Hifi said if the product has free shipping they’ll match it but it didn’t sound like a hard and fast rule.

FYI guys and gals, this is the only time pink (L) and green (R) have been sold in Australia, so if you have the opposite set like I do, you can get full pink (L+R) and full green combination for your switch!
Joycons are not very good controllers IME. Apart from the size the analogue stick is difficult to use with precision.
You'd be better off (though not in the wallet presumably) getting Switch Pro controllers or some third party controller IMO.
