Hahaha OP I can't believe you have the nerve to advertise anywhere considering how bad your service and products are. Almost literally the only thing I have heard about this shop are that nothing turns up as described or at all and basically they have untrained casuals working with stale product.
Ordered some for our anniversary and amended the order through online chat. They sent two different orders and charged postage 2x. Plus they where left in sun out in open on front porch in damaged boxes. And they never knocked. Lodged a complaint and got a so sad too bad reply. Never again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my wife's birthday once and they never showed up. After enquiring, they had never done anything about the order. Looked at all the negative reviews afterwards and felt a bit stupid, but it seemed legit after a quick web search for 'flower delivery'.
Negging in line with site rules of issues with retailer.
