Agree, their my account portal is sooooooo buggy.
I have 3 services with them, all for mobile broadband, 2x plans with 1x shared data sim.
Can't check usage on My Optus app, can not swap the SIM online, their online chat doesn't really know what they are doing, etc.
Their Nat Geo app doesn't work on my iPhone but works on iPads.

($74 x 3 months remaining) + ($55 regular Optus price x 12 months) = $882 over next 15 months ($58.80pm)
What do you mean you’re no longer getting 4G +? Did you move house or something?

You’d have to get a cheap mobile broadband plan with them, and data share that SIM with your mobile phone plan

I just asked nicely and said I’m really disappointed about this but no dice, live chat said they wish they could help but it’s for new customers only. Not going to get angry at some poor guy in the Philippines for the sake of $5.50 per month.
