They don't accept store return/refund, they only accept postage return which is a turn off for me.

I've had ngx boots - it was useless compared to goretex. I always had wet feet; the people I were walking with all had goretex lined boots and their feet were dry. I'd steer clear of ngx coats.

Erm, 30% is pretty standard. In fact they had 40% of everything last weekend. That is just Kathmandu's business model. Never buy anything from then without at least a 30% discount but really it should be more.
their ebay listing showing one price but when select size and colour to check out, the price is not the same. This is horrible way of doing business.
The cheapest item is kids water resistant pants for damn near $50.
Not exactly aiming at the budget-conscious.
