  So fairly similar to the usual deal.

  Has anyone had much success in making Peking duck? (I have yet to try as it involves using an air pump and I don't want to use my ball pump!)

    I made it last week without the pump, and just blew. It probably didn't lift the skin as much as if I had a pump, but skin was still pretty crispy!

  Not as much meat on the ducks as I expected. But if done right, can taste good.

  Duck soup was a bit tasteless to me but not sure if that was my fault or the ducks fault.

  Takes a while to defrost fully.
