As always with these "free" games/apps I highly recommend you check their permissions before you consider installing them.
For example Tiny Empire requires "precise location (GPS and network-based)" amongst many other things.

I was interested in SecreNote but then it looks like it isn't that well implemented yet, to put it gently - see a user's most recent Play Store comment:

It was interesting that you can transfer notes via a QR code. Not sure if this is a server-based secrecy policy…? Strange.
Grr, Mental Hospital IV - just another example of entertainment which perpetuates stigma surrounding mental ill health, which always shows up around Halloween.
I personally don't suffer with mental health issues… nowadays - I've learned to enjoy them.
