No way in hell this passes customs.
According to Mattgal's customs link, I don't think it will be confiscated at customs.
From what I recall (while researching if proper swiss army knives could be imported), the knife has to be vicious looking for it to be confiscated..

That could apply to a small kitchen knife as well..
