the trend is boys aren't going out unless they have makeup on, otherwise they feel like naked. Claimed by these birls.

I feel so pretty wearing makeup sometimes.

I think with child selection as most Chinese want a boy, statistically it's a boy that looks like a girl …

we have one of these in the household, was great when it first came out at about the same price , and is android one, but lack of nfc and band 28 would make me look other options now unless I was very limited on funds.

    • Damn, i need a backup phone but B28 is a must for where i live

  • Bought one of these a few months ago from Gearbest and it was never right. Build quality is good and the phone feels snappy but my battery was always lacking. I was always getting heavy battery drain (4% / hour even when phone was dozing) and I tried many things to fix it but could not in the end. I ended up getting a Mi A2 lite for $240 and could not be happier.

wish they would just add band 28 and nfc …..and would be a killer phone in this price point for Australian market ,

  • I live in the Melbourne inner suburbs and I also did some driving around here and there and I never felt the lack of B28, also do not use NFC. My only complaint was battery drain due to a software bug most likely, that a lot of users seem to have had based on reports and that Xiaomi never addressed through software updates. So IMO buying this phone is like a lottery, if you don't have any issues it's all good but if you do then good luck.

  • I've had one of these for about a year, pretty much the perfect phone for me. I guess ignorance is bliss in regards to not having b28…

fwiw I easily get a day out of the battery too, but reading the other comments it sounds like YMMV.

  • I ordered 2 of these as gifts for my parents but it's been almost a month now and they have not been shipped. I can't get any response from Joybuy about this other than it can take up to 30 days to get here. With that only a few days off and no shipping record from them it is looking like I might have to get a refund through PayPal soon.

    Anyone else having any issues?

    • I haven't received mine yet either but the tracking indicates it's in transit to Australia finally. I ordered a case and screen protector in the same order and they both arrived separately nearly 2 weeks ago.

  • Thx mine arrived out of the blue today as no tracking ever showed online. Set them up for the folks today and all good!
