Anyone own / recommend a Monsac?
my first Monsac soft suitcase travelled the world with me for 15years unil a wheel broke. A few years ago I purchased their hard cases in both medium and large sizes and haven't had any trouble. All previous purchases have been on their 50%off sale or buy 1 get 1 free deals

How do these compare with Antler and Samsonite?
Once a luggage store keeper told me that she wouldn't recommend Samsonite or Antler as they are BMW & AUDI in baggage industry. premium product with premium prices.
Also depends on how often you travelling??? In baggage guys at airports don't care what company bags all they do is THROE THROW THROW!!!!

Went to Myer today to look at these. They're in store and have the 80cm too, but after looking at these, Samsonite, American Tourister (floor. Stock had terrible stitching) and Antler I settled on the Antlers. 40% off which was $170 for the 80cm polypropylene(? (not carbonate)) x 2 + mediums x 2 for the kids. $690 total. Seems to be the eveyother week discount at 40%, but I don't see them cheaper without having to sacrifice colour and model.
More to the point was that $170 for the Antler was the same price as everywhere else had the other brands/model 80cm for.
Aren’t these Myer luggage sales the Myer equivalent of Persian carpet store closing down sales ?
1) They are always on.
2) They are marked down from ridiculous prices !
