I booked over the phone, price matched an ozbargain deal few months back and no upselling whatsoever
I agree, don’t know why you are getting all the negs. I’ve gotten great experiences with them and price matching (actually, beating by $1)

Beware of fees if you want to change or cancel a booking. Even if you book a flexible ticket that has no fees from the airline, flight centre will still charge ridiculous fees to make a change.
Hmmm the T&C for the FC GC states $25 bonus with the purchase of a $25 gift card. Wonder whats gonna happen if I purchase a $25 and demand for a bonus $25 GC
