You can stack this with the 10% off ebay gift cards (buying supercheap gift cards) for 28% off I think

    • I received the following error when trying to purchase a SCA gift card:

The seller only allows buyers to purchase 5 items every 10 days.

Also, I tried on an alternate account and it said that the voucher could not be applied to the selected items.

      • Same - Anyone found a work around?

      • yup, i got the same error

"This code can't be applied to some of your items"

    • 28% is correct.

Thanks for confirming the math, although it seems you can't purchase gift cards and pay using eBay vouchers.

Just compared pricing for Ryco oil and air filters for a VE commodore… they are still a tad cheaper (just) on Ebay using the "parking" code valid till rest of today. Ebay discounted price was $8.76, whereas Supercheap's discounted was $10.38. Buying a couple to stock up adds up a little more.

I went with this mob: http://www.ebaystores.com.au/sparesboxauto

5w30 oil was also a little cheaper on Ebay (Nulon Semi-syn), but for convenience of a close store pickup I went with Supercheap and OP's code at $33.19 each (vs $32 on Ebay delivered, if this suits people not close to Supercheap or happy to wait till he end of the week for delivery).

Just out of interest for any other VE's owners reading, wipers are dirt cheap on Ebay too. I normally just buy the Tridon's when on sale at Supercheap, but just picked up a PAIR of flex wipers on Ebay for $17 (they are normally discounted to about $30 EACH at Supercheap). Also bought a pair of gas struts for the wagon boot $28 (vs $50 at Supercheap EACH).

Anyway, thanks for posting OP… saved me a few bucks (then I ended up spending more on Ebay) :).

  • Works for us trade customers 20% for this and another 10% off for trade 30% off all up..

    • Plus use the 10% discounted gift card as payment method

Assuming you work in a trade how do you get the 10% trade discount?

      • +1

I'm In a trade but 2 mates aren't they just asked in-store and got one..

        • I have a trade card but can't figure out how to add it to my online account. Does anyone know how to do it?

        • @Cheap Skate: Don't you just log in on the super cheap website?

  • right time, thx for share. ordered two pairs of brake rotor and saved $$$$$

Great! Purchased some RM William mats for $52! Thanks OP

  • Sweet it's stackable with 3% Cashrewards.

Anyone have any recommendations with these pressure washer foam attachments for car washing?

    • Bowden's, but it's cheaper at Repco.

      • Marginally. I'd be better off just getting some cashback from this deal.

  • Thanks for posting i needed some things:)

  • Tried to purchase a seat cover, coupon at checkout says code invalid. Something I'm doing wrong?

No real feedback but I think it's the s**t! Awesome car

  • How do there shelving units compare to the Bunnings ones?

    • …i looked at pricing and theyre both too much

bought a couple hundred bucks of these units and now my garage has floor to ceiling storage space…heaps of sizes too choose from & the best pricing i could find this sort of quality…beats anything bunnings/sca has hands down

      https://www.rackings.com.au/shelving

they look good, a good gauge steel…& more importantly sturdy as f*&k too! :D

      • +1

They certainly look good and cheap pricing - thanks for the link.

      • +1

I see they sell racking, shelving, workbenches, etc. They also sell paddleboards and kayaks. Random!

      • Need one to tidy my smallish tool shed, which has a height of 175cm. Can't see anything <180cm on this site..

  • Can ebay gift card be used to purchase SCA gift card on ebay ?

    I'm getting this error:

"This code can't be applied to some of your items."

    • +1

You just answered your own question.

  • Good timing, my wiper blade just started to split yesterday. Anyone got suggestions on what to get, or does it depend on the car?

    • I'd like to know too.

    • I think it's fairly universal - note you can buy refills which is the runner only or the whole blade, with refills generally being cheaper - but I'm not sure it is this way for all makes and models. You could always go in and ask them and then buy it for click and collect? Just don't get them fitted by them it's an unnecessary cost for what is a very easy job.

    • I bought some sh!t ones and they were sh!t…

Definitely get some Bosch ones, been going strong for years.

Can someone recommend shock absorbers from this store? Or after there better alternatives

Monroe or Gabriel is a good choice?

    Thanks

    • Yes

      • Thanks mate!

    • Depends what car and what you want it to do. They are both incredibly… they are like McDonald's Gourmet when you want a five star restaurant experience (so pretty woeful)

  • Woohoo, maybe now I can afford that pedal go kart.

  • +1

Enjoyed the last one where it stuffed up and you got $20 off. I ordered a fair bit but then stopped thinking it will all be canceled. To their credit it was all honoured! Spewing I didn't order more! :(

  • Thanks, was buying new rotors today!

  • +1

Anyone else having issues buying on the site? Place order button keeps refreshing the page.

    • Thank God it's not only me. It's driving me crazy. Tried different PC's and browsers too. Do you happen to be using a gift card and attempting to pay the balance with a credit card?

      • Does the same thing on Android…

      • Android and PC. Both won't work.

        • Are you also trying to use CR?

    • Same here!

    • I haven't bought anything but I have notice that their new site is buggy and sucks. I miss the old site!

    • I have the same issue (from last night). I've tried Chrome on Android, Chrome and IE on PC. Paypal payments take me to a blank screen with {"success":false,"sid":"payment"}, and credit cards just seem to refresh the page.

      • I called them and they told me they were escalating some issues to IT and in the meantime take a screenshot of the shopping cart and they would process the order manually.

  • When does the sale end?

  • I have an item in my cart, check stores stock shows in stock fine, goto checkout says the store doesn’t have stock (checked pickup store is the same store) zzz annoying.
