Operation guide:

  It shows $26.99 and free post for me even without using the code but when entering the code at checkout it says "The promotion code you entered is for an offer not yet begun"

  So is it supposed to be even cheaper after the code or we don't even need it?

  Hmm. I dont think this is a good deal, ikea sell similar stuff at cheaper price ..

    For me personally Ikea is such a pain in the ass to get in and out of i think a $10 premium is not too bad! I'd pay $20 not to have to go in there haha. I'd also not be sure the Ikea one is high quality with respect to the stainless filter element - serviceable, yes. Ideal, probably not.
