Grey importers are not going to sell any stock that would qualify as being the same model.
The part number will be different at the end.
Bands will be different too, and in some cases the CPU is different like with Samsung.

Got my Samsung S9 being deliver from the goodguys tomorrow for $950. $1198 less the 15% on eBay, less the 5% buying eBay gift cards in Woolworths (that was this week by the way), and less the 2% cash rewards cashback. Australian stock. Plus I'm going back to the UK next week so will get TRS of $110.
It still doesn't beat the eBay Plus launch deal where I got my wife one for $799.
Wireless1 had it for $880 delivered last week with their 15% off wholesite sale.
Thats bloody good price for Australian stock…I bought mine for $738 yesterday but it is grey import…
