      Whether something is a bargain, or not, includes the price of delivery; some lucky Australians can pick it up - fair enough.

      It's one thing to charge extra for further destinations, we're used to that. But to not even offer a delivery option to some locations is pretty unAustralian. Perhaps it could be subsidised from WA's GST contribution?
