Whats the usual price?

Escape room is $39 per person, so thats a saving of $38 per person!!!
Cheaper than staff rates where I work.
Bowling is measured in price per game. The amount of people is irrelevant.
$6 per game (6ppl) is still good but it's a far cry from
$1 day of fun, all activities are $1.
For reference, in the school holidays or even on some weekends there is $20 for 3 games for 6 people. This saves $2.

@TarquinOliverNimrod: nope. It doesn't matter how many people (max 6 ppl can fit on the screens) because you are still taking up the same amount of bowling lanes as one person.
If they're using compscore, the lanes can handle 10 names max. Most places recommend 6 players as it decreases the wait time for each player to 5 minutes instead of 9. Not sure about other software packages though.

@Bunsen: I stand corrected - the only place I've found that charges per person not per lane is Ten Pin City at Lidcombe.
Strike for one (case at hand) charges per lane.
@pennypincher98: All good, i've never personally heard of charging /lane, although i've generally only bowled in AMF centres, which r now being taken over by 'Zone Bowling'. Well my local has been anyway.. :)

Yes you can, just make 2 separate bookings.

I've tried booking 2 activities from 1 booking and it still charged me $1 per person per activity. So i'm not sure if the T&C is enforced.
Used the same name and card for my multiple bookings. It is a day of fun, not one game of fun. Should be fine

I mean I havn't gone crazy and gone from strike to strike or booked 3 different game rooms, just bowling before my game room.
Yeah most escape rooms sold out around melb city. Got a casino room. But only managed to book for 2 I wonder if we can add more people?
I wonder if you have 2 people booking, will you end up with randoms to fill up the room max 6 people? Because I tend to get more time slots available when I choose 2 people booking than 6 people booking.

Ah that would've been a good idea. I don't mind sharing though might help the puzzle solving although I've never done an escape room before

Tried a few options but looks like a lot of the escape rooms are full.
Probably try again on the day. I'm expecting there will be a few cancellations because aLot of ozbargainers have booked 6 or more escape rooms but will be only turning up to 1 of them

Is there a way to book multiple games of bowling for 1 person? Like you can make separate bookings but it seems like you can only pick either on the hour or half hour.

Did the forensics escape tonight. Didnt realised how dumb we are :( Date night ruined :(
Hubby and I did the Da Vinci room. After we got out, the staff asked us to check our pockets for (paper with certain clues) so that they could reset the room. We're like, "what (paper with certain clues)?" Turns out there was a part of the room missing (presumably taken by previous customer) that would have saved us from working out a whole step ourselves (effectively adding an extra puzzle unintentionally).
so did u get out on time?
IMO it's probably much easier doing it pairs compared to 4 or 6 people since its harder to concentrate on clues when other people and yelling and screaming thinking know the answers >_<

Eg $1 per person per game for bowling.
