Bought a couple of pairs of these about 18 months ago for full price.
Please hand in your Ozbargain membership or never speak of this again.
I know right! I'm actually really tempted to buy a couple at this price just to keep in stock for future work but I don't have a lot of storage space at the moment so will have to pass :(
Do they go Doof Doof?
These are just slightly bigger than the enclosure on the rear speakers of an e36 BMW. I just bent the little tabs inwards with some plyers and JB welded them in and voila, fits like a tight glove.
Got these to replace the old speakers on my 91 MX5. Fit nicely and sound pretty good for the price, even with the top down.
Got these as speakers for my Lamborghini remote key fob.
Thanks OP.
Got these for $25 and like the sound less then the stock Honda Civic Fd speakers.. Too high pitched for my tastes and sure I could get a better headunit with equalizer, but then I wouldn't be spending $25 on speakers..
Well these are 2-Way speakers so will naturally have higher 'highs' than the dual-cone Honda factory speakers. Surely you could pull the Treble down on the head unit a bit to cut the 'sizzle' down?
I did, but just doesn't sound right.. I guess comes down to taste. People would praise xiaomi pistons 3 and when I finally got an authentic pair (after two fakes which sounded like $50c) they just didn't do it for me. Pretty good, but for me, there are other budget earphones that are much more balanced..
after buying two lots and paying by papal, I receive this in my email receipt.

whats that mean?Bought these. It's rare to get $20 speakers. Last time was 2014 Sony xplods :'(
Bought a couple of pairs of these about 18 months ago for full price. Fitted one pair into a vintage Vauxhall for a neighbour as they fit perfectly in the existing holes in the rear parcel shelf and then he used some vintage looking chrome metal grilles to finish them off. I used the second pair to replace stock speakers in the front doors of a friends Suzuki Swift. Both pairs are still going very strong and sound far better than their price point. They wont win sound-offs but yeah they're fantastic little speakers and at $20/pr you can't go wrong!
