  • I have never heard of this before. Does this mean I am formally out of touch with the world?

    • It’s not like other Gibli’s animes. It’s just too long to watch until finish and the storyline is slow. Watched only 3 episodes and lost interest to finish it.

      • so like game of thrones or walking dead ….long to watch, but suitable for children.

might be long for adults but kids have more patience looking at flats screens.

thought you made a joke about game of thrones being suitable for children.
          need my caffeine fix

    • Seems like most people haven't either. Only 3500 users rated it 7.2/10 on Myanimelist.

    Fishpond is still a thing?

Don’t know about the movie but I’d avoid the company.

I suspect many of the bad reviews are because the people didn't realize that Fishpond is just a marketplace, similar to Ebay or Amazon, but with no way to know the reputation of the seller. Many of the items are supplied direct by Fishpond, but many aren't. Fishpond also sell second-hand items too, and it isn't particularly obvious that you are buying second-hand goods.

I've bought from Fishpond maybe ten times, and only once had a problem - the seller under-paid the postage, and I had to pay extra postage plus a penalty fee at the post office. I emailed Fishpond about this, they said to scan and email the post office receipt, which I did, and they refunded the full amount that I paid at the post office.
