My Bose QC35 is from VideoPro too and they're a great seller.
Item is 100% Australian Brand New stock, and eligible for TRS (you may have to request a PDF invoice after purchase if it isn't provided during the purchase process).
A reminder that the QC35 II doesn't come with an airplane adaptor which is a shame. You'll have to get it separately.
