Bought some stuff recently from Sports Direct, arrived quickly as described, but sizing is weird.
I'm normally XL, but although it was marked XL, it was more like M\L.

Next time i'll go up 1 size…or lose some pud' :-)

    • Only one size? That's not too bad.

I bought some hoodies from Rosegal earlier in the year. I knew they might be a bit small, so I ordered an XXL (as I'm normally an XL [or L in the US]). When they arrived they were a perfect fit for my wife - who wears a women's size 10 top. So apparently XXL == Australian size 10 in China.

Apart from the sizing, the material was horrible and poor quality.

And, of course, they censored my poor review of them on their site.

  • lee cooper quality is pretty crap..just be careful.

    • The ladies trench coat was pretty ok

      • hmm, ok..see how long it lasts..

        • For 9$ even if it lasts a month of use, it would be worth it

@kehuehue: different perspective. I rather pay a little more for something that lasts longer and is bit more classy..

@stockastics: those coats were 50% silk and part wool. Hardly shabby.

        • @Make it so: ok, cool. my experience with Lee Cooper has been quite the opposite..

        • @stockastics: Maybe they're like Pierre Cardin; selling both really good stuff and really cheap & nasty stuff :)

        • @Make it so: My missus loves the trenchcoat, she's always wearing it to work

Tried on some Superdry jackets today at MYER, sizing is all over the shop!

  • I know that my comment will likely be downvoted, but I'll post it anyway.

Given that I just ordered and received three pairs of Lee Cooper pants from Sports Direct, I can advise you not to waste your money. They're the worst quality pants that I've ever bought, by far. The label on the inside of the black pants uses white stitching so you have two white lines, the zippers don't work well as they elected not to use YKK zippers (which aren't expensive) but presumably some crappy Chinese ones, the pants are tight at the calves and very baggy at the waist (I'm not some really weird body shape), loose threads everywhere, etc.

    • I got three jackets last time, a 3/4 trench for me and my wife (pretty decent quality) and that two-tone puffer jacket, which is absolutely awesome for £8

      • Lee Cooper?

        • +1

Yep, all three. This is the puffer

          @thebargainhunter:
Given your feedback, I was thinking about removing my comment, but then I went to the bathroom and the button came off my pants (I realised that this morning in a panic that all my other pants were in the wash).

So my experience may not apply to the hoodie, but given how terrible it has been, I'll leave it up as a cautionary tale.

        • @thebargainhunter: while the quality for these puffer jackets are great but the sizes are way too small. Ordered xxl but more like L or XL in AU sizes.

  • I bought some hoodie and jumper from their last sale, the quality is not the best.
good enough for one season and buy better branded one.
Uniclo is better than this. Cheap but not the best.
