    I tried several times to activate it via a direct link and it said the redemption limit had been reached. If you'd saved it, it should still be valid however.

    Can't agree more that Global knife is garbage. Bought GLobal Sai Cook knife and rust appeared just after 1 yr despite barely used the knife. Seller said not covered under warranty!

      polish the rust off. its not hard. We have global knives that are over 10 years old with no rust..so you might want to look into how you care for them.

        I did wash, Polish and dried them but it appeared more rust spots. I had Zwilling since 1998 I never had such problem. I am really dissapointed.

  They aren't made of stainless steel so they will definitely rust

    if you are spending that much on knives, maybe you will know it is best to dry them after use. otherwise, go to DAISO and pay 2.95 for a santoku, they wont rust.

      I agreed. Better buy a cheap knife and can be thrown away when rusting. I learnt by lesson for buying Global which rust.

        Stainless only rusts if you dont dry them before putting them away. If you leave them in a puddle of water or you put them away in the holder thats got water in it, you're just asking for it

        @nairdajun: completely agree. I always wash, and dry, my Kitchen knives immediately after using them and they haven’t rusted with 20 years of use. Do not put good knives in a dishwasher.

    You're wrong that they rust - I have had 6 Shun knives for over 8 years and use them all the time - never had them rust, ever.
