It's not that hard.. obviously first names will all be taken, but I just tried my first name plus first letter of my last name and it was available - but the price scares me off (even after the 15%).
The whole WTFxx range is not available. Damn.

Search 'WTF86' plates. There were wtfxx plates issued/sold, maybe they've changed their mind since selling some and restricted the remaining available options.
