  I'm not too familiar with the process for Cashback, but is the cashback amount supposed to appear in your Cashrewards balance as soon as you have placed the order? Or does it take a few days for the Cashrewards system to find out about the order? Thanks!

    It depends on the store. Sometimes the tracking will register within minutes, other times it can take days. Once the purchase has been tracked, you will see the cashback amount pending in your Cashrewards account with an estimated approval date.

    Go to your click history and send an enquiry if tracking has not occurred within 7 days of purchase.

      Thanks - mine just started tracking however it has an estimated approval date of 5/11/2018? Is this normal, and what are the chances of me getting it before then? Thanks!

        In my experience, it’s usually approved before the estimated date but it does depend on the store.

        Cashback will become available when the return period has passed and/or the transaction is verified by the store. This usually takes between 7 - 90 days, but it can take longer.

      Live chat was actually very good, I got connected straight away and the operator was helpful. I didn't really want to pay just to get a refund but she put it through immediately and sent a screenshot to show the refund had been done.
