    I don't have Forza 7 but a freebie is a freebie.

    • Lol. Eventually it will be free with xbox monthly games, or very cheap . Once forza 8 and/or forza 9 is out :)

Why are cars behind pay walls in the first place?

i grabbed Forza7 off the Microsoft store a few days ago for cheap and pressed install. Site states it is a 95GB download, but my DL is now up to 144GB and still going ???? WTF.

    Free cars are good anyway.

    • prob 95gb base game + all the updates/car packs (whether you buy them or not) since it was released

        • 4k pack if you have an Xbox One S/X.
  • Is FM7 any good? Also, is there a decent online population on PC or is it single player only?

  • Did the cars previously cost in-game currency? Or do they really charge $$ for cars? What about the latest Gran Turismo game?

    • Special add-on cars people pay for. Usually they have some brand association.
      There's 100 in-game already.

      • Usually they have some brand association.

I thought the entire idea of racing sims was to acquire and get behind the wheel of Ferraris, McLarens or Bugattis by playing the game, at least it was when I was obsessed with the Gran Turismo series.

Paying for reskinned character models in a F2P game I can kiiiind of understand, but purchasing a racing sim and then paying for cars? Madness.

Ha! My philosophy is opposite to yours - a character skin makes NO sense to me.

          @bmerigan:

I'm not big on skins at all, but developers of F2P games have to get paid somehow and I kiiind of understand wanting to support them through skins. Paying for cars in a game you already paid for? Mind-blowing stuff to me, and would've been mind-blowing to everyone 5-10 years ago.

  • Can't believe no one has ragged on it being a fox-body mustang. Surely the least desirable mustang ever produced…?

    • This is ozbargins, everyone is here for the 911

      ;)

  • I cannot seem to be able to find the mustang ???
