The Ultimate Game Sale has started with some cracking deals in my opinion. An active Gold subscription is required to purchase at the biggest discount (2, 7, 14-day trials also work, but for Xbox One games/DLC only). Otherwise, there are still smaller discounts for those without one.

    Awesome stuff. I'm sure most have played but even if just one person gets to experience, " Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition," for the first time I'll be happy for mentioning it.

      I'd heard good things, although Is There Any Deal shows Ori has been down below $7.50 USD on Steam recently, so it's a coin flip between Xbox or PC versions at this price. I'm attempting to work through my pile of shame at the moment before I buy anything else (just finished Subnautica, loved it) so I'm gonna hold out until the next Xbox or Steam sale.

      I caved on Just Cause 3 and Fight Night Champion.

      Overall wasn't blown away by the sale though. Would have liked to see Hellblade cheaper especially with the announcement at e3 that the studio was acquired.

    Keeping in mind that Forza Horizon 4 will be released on Xbox Games pass for free on 2nd Oct, I think I would hold off on buying FH3 at this stage as it should drop dramatically in a couple of months for both secondhand and new.

      Forza also has an app where u get free credits and stuff in each game each month depending on your achievements in each Forza game.

    If Xbox + PC meant Xbox + steam, I'd grab a few things..

    After the disgrace of the windows store being incapable of doing basic things like finding purchased movies/tv/music in my library, I don't trust it one iota. I'd browse to my library and it would be missing stuff. But if I went to ozbargain (they were all ozb freebies), clicked the link to go to the store page, it said I'd already purchased it. How MS could stuff up that badly I just don't know.

    Oh, and they killed groove too. And project spark. And the promised xbox one media centre (before it launched).. I just don't trust them anymore. Although their windows store is the one thing they'll likely keep going, they just don't deserve my money.

    This is coming from someone who is happy to pay for multiple legitimate retail versions of windows and has owned 8 Xboxes.

      Oh, and I forgot they ditched Kinect too. (Effectively they did since they stopped making the adaptor to run it on current model xbox ones.. third party adaptors are $80!)

    * Do I need Xbox Live Gold to get this Expansions Bundle (the product link doesn't mention it)
    * Will this update work if I have physical copy of FH3?
    * If yes, will I still continue to need to insert disc after update?

    If all else fails. What is the most painless way (wallet-wise) to go from physical copy to digital with both expansions

      No, I purchased on PC through Microsoft.com which should work with CashRewards for 5% cashback. It's a play anywhere title so will be available to download on your XBone too.

      This pack includes digital copies of the base game and all expansions. No need for the physical disc afterwards, you could sell it.
