Funny how they can be better when they got the wrong flag next to the Laksa dish on their website when they are promoting this as flavours of Asia LOL

      • l0l SO funny !!!! HahA

      • -2

        Wonder how you got negged

        • -1

No doubt this is a good deal, just amazes me they got the wrong flag for laksa especially it’s creamy laksa ie. contains coconut milk

Doesn’t everyone know where laksa originally comes from? They got all the other flags right

Mealpal at least let you get a week of vegetarian.

YouFoodz are unbuyable for me right now. Such a poor range of vegetarian.

    • I don't want to put contaminated fresh lettuce in my body thank you.

My body is built to run on preservatives and additives just like my high performance car

    • i'd say main reason would be time poor as their calories although not insanely high isn't quite at the weight loss level (well unless you exercise often :)) … i use lite n easy for lunches (initially used them to lose weight which worked well) now i use it to keep the weight off due to lack of time/exercise… kinda get low on time between making lunches for 3 school kids and commuting to work in Sydney .. (both parents working) hehehe

Ahh, the rare OzBargain athlete, look at their superiority, look and admire folks!

It's the same as fast food, frozen meals at Coles and Wollies, some resturants, and any processed long life foods really.

      • So you think all food is the same basically.

        • +2

          It comes out looking similar

          @FabMan: UzedFoodz

        • @YogaPants: Not as appealing, but there must be a market out there somewhere.

    • +1

I get it because im time poor because I work long hours.

Your comment makes you look like an ass. I'm sure you are not but yeah, there's that.

Luckily for you KLoNe, ignorance is not a crime, nor is the inability to look at things from anything other than your own perspective.

Do you think that some people may use this service due to being disabled and housebound? You are an offensive pea-brain!

    • You're welcome to come over to my place and cook XD

    • Is ‘meal prep’ what the kids call cooking these days?

  • Which courier do they use for delivery and if not at home do they leave it outside or take it back so that we csn pickup from depo.

    • Have the option mine leave in garage they usually come before 9am

    • They have a map that shows you where the driver is and an estimated time of arrival.

    • They had truck problems for me and missed delivery until 6pm, after business hours, so we couldn't get it. They gave a $20 voucher and redelivered the next day. I expect regular missed deliveries would not get the coupon. I don't know if the codes can stack, as there was no valid coupons for me to use, so I just used the voucher to get 5+1 meals for $30.

  • Define "We"! or just speak for yourself.

  • I just used that coupon for the second time. Sweet

The WINTER-2FREE discount code has already been used.

Mine worked. I only used it on Sunday and again just then.

Note: I get youfoodz quite often but have never created an account

    Come on Cash Rewards!

    • Come on TA, do us your magic! ;)

  • Worked For Me

  • I love these guys, they sent me a free water bottle for my second purchase on-top of a free meal, I always love a freebie :-) Thanks Youfoodz!!!

    • +2

Jealous I got nothing my second. First one I got protein balls and a bottle of sharaz haha

      • Haha at least you got something for your first, I didn't ;) the bottle was pretty cheap quality but hey it's a freebie so can't complain. Pretty nice gesture of them :-)

        • +1

          Don’t forget the free BPA

    • when was this? ive gotten no freebies after like 5 orders

did u use a discount code

      • No mate I didn't expect it at all…I thought maybe that was a replacement for the free meal they offered (due to stock) but nope it was just for ordering a second time aha. I used the $20 off discount the second time (Winter code).

  • My area has a $10 deliver fee. Still, 6 meals for $40 delivered is good considering they're healthy.

    Thanks OP & OZY.

      $20 for Perth!! :(

      Delivering to
      Perth $20

      • +1

        Same $20 perth….

    • I'm almost embarrassed to admit this, but I thought the minimum order was for seven meals. I ordered six this time

      • It used to be $69 minimum, but they recently changed it to $49.

  • +1

Ordered about 13 meals last time - thought laksa and teriyaki chicken were the best of those, so glad to see them here. Thanks OP.

  • I got food poisoning from one pack so I threw out all other packs

    • +2

I had 8 packs of food last time with no issues, even had a chicken laska for lunch today, was so nice…

    • One (the lamb) was funky, but other than that all good.

  • I hope you don't want red meat.

    • +1

Other than beef or lamb of course!

  • Another awesome day on OzBargain; under $60 for a pair of Nike shoes and 6 YouFoodz meals delivered to my door! Thanks OP!

  • +1

Thanks OP. Ordered 6 meals @33.70

  • Is this frozen food? How long do they last?

    • +2

      https://youfoodz.com/pages/faq-page

How long will my meals last for?

Youfoodz meals have an average shelf life of seven to nine days in the fridge. We recommend eating any meals with fish within the first seven days.

  • Thanks.
Had anyone tried to get these delivered to a parcel locker?

    • Not possible. Couriers can't open the lockers. Go to plan B.

I get the following error message: Your cart does not meet the requirements for the WINTER-2FREE discount code

Strange as there is more than 49.90 in the shopping cart. Were there any other requirements?

    • I get the same error message :(

      • Same here

    • I think its to do with the delivery date, just got the same error message, can't get it delivered by the 21st so the code doesn't work I think

  • +1

The code doesn't seem to work anymore

  • Doesnt work :(

  • Damn I already used that code for my 2 accounts… will have to wait for another code to drop before the 25th fingers crossed!!

  • Earliest delivery date to Sydney Metro is 22/Jul, so WINTER-2FREE no longer works (requires delivery by 21/Jul).

    • WINTER-2FREE not working for me. Order over $49.90 minimum spend, delivery date for Brisbane Metro 21st July. I think code doesn't work for existing customers - tried using housemates name and email, still no luck :(

      • Their offers usually end a day earlier for BNE, GC, TWB areas, so Brisbane metro probably requires delivery by 20/Jul.

  • Ate my first Youfoodz lunch today, it was excellent. Code didn't work but ordered anyway for next week again.

  • So any codes left?

  • Does anyone have the YouFoodz app and know if you can pay with Google play credit?
