For me personally, I use to rent their movies frequently, then I allowed a whole heap of offers that I had redeemed to expire and I haven't received any for about 6-12 months. I redeemed the above offer to see what I was eligible for and mine was $1.99. No more $0.99 cent rentals for me. Looks like 0.99 cents are for newbies and $1.99 for cynical b's like me ;)

$0.99 for me but there's no new release movies that I haven't watched so I won't be buying anything. FYI - I watch all the latest release movies on my "private Foxtel in the clouds" and it costs me 20 Euro for 6 months.
