I’m going through a nightmare with delonghi Nespresso machine service. Cost $800 & few weeks out of warranty heater inside died they say unrepairable & no warranty. Now they are saying it happened due to insects inside which is crap because I checked all that before returning it.
After service is a joke. Repaired machine out of warranty which I paid and then 2 weeks later,same issue,apparently it was a different issue. Buy only with warranty.
Please don't share the DeLonghi lies here, the refurbished one NEVER was $2999 and their marketing is in best case questionable.
