    I've been using these guys for a couple of years and have been happy with the performance and uptime. I'm just using them as a node in my own personal cloud service, so I can't speak to using them as a web server etc.

    Haven't used network presence for a while, but was very happy with the service and support when I was using them. If I wasn't too lazy to migrate my stuff, I'd seriously consider this deal

    Just FYI, I've had a couple of VPS with Network Presence for about 2 years now. Had no problems.

    The couple of times I have put in a support request, Richard has replied within an hour.

    Great service and I'd recommend them.

      What is the problem? Richard has always been very good at getting back and answering questions, also seems to be a very good service in terms of value and performance.

        He has a history of treating customers like shit, there are whirlpool threads dating back years which confirm this. I thought I'd give them a chance but after some speedbumps in the ordering and payment process, I was refused service and my money refunded. Well, I was told it was refunded, I have not yet received it.

        I placed an order and attempted to pay via paypal (the only option provided). I wanted to pay via credit card but for some reason, paypal sent the payment as an echeque. I thought this may have been because the credit card details paypal have stored were out of date. I did not want to wait several days for an echeque to clear so I decided to update my credit card details on paypal and place another order. Paypal processed the second payment as an echeque. So now i'd sent $150 to NP but I have no VPS.

        I was impatient. I wanted my VPS. I decided to send another $80 to NP via bank transfer because I knew they would receive the money via bank transfer faster than they would receive echeques from paypal.

        In the meantime I filed a dispute with paypal regarding the first transaction because I was mad that their shitty (profanity) website has sent two echeques when I wanted to pay via credit card.

        Friday I received an email from NP:

        We're now advised by Paypal that you've lodged a dispute on at least one
        of your as-yet-uncleared echeque payments to us.
        This is simply as waste of our time, as we have no control over the
        clearing of your Paypal payments.
        We have cancelled your remaining Paypal Subscription to us as well.

        This has rendered your invoices cancelled and we will not provide you with
        service due to this dispute & payment situation.

        We require that you provide a means to return your $80 unsolicited bank
        transfer payment to us immediately."

        I would recommend FlowVPS. They are able to process credit card payments via Stripe (no paypal bullshit), the service performs great and the customer service is also great. I was able to request a non-standard FreeBSD ISO via support ticket and it was available within a few hours. They even tested it to see that it worked on their system. After the shit treatment I received from NP it has been a wonderful experience. I expect I will remain a customer of theirs for years to come.

        (profanity) you Richard. Get a real credit card processing facility, stop blaming your customers because of issues with your shitty websites and reliance on paypal.

          Wow, flowvps looks amazing, and there is a special available which looks like a bargain, will be checking out flowvps in more detail.
