I paid 1329 for mine couple weeks ago with the Plus discount. This is a good deal.
The IPS colour is great coming from a VA panel, mine overclocks to 120hz no problems.
This has an ISP panel not a VA panel. Perhaps you have the x35p ?
I think he means he was using a VA panel previously.
So basically upping from 100hz to 120hz and that's it??? Better off with a run out
I'm pretty sure that's the older model that caps the refresh rate at 100hz. This goes to 120hz.

Ended up buying the aw3418dw yesterday (waiting on delivery) because I managed to get it for 1.6k as I was going to get this from pccg for $1.5.
Lucky I didn't would have been sad seeing this discount.
