      The main ingredient on the ingredients list is "Milk Solids", so it does taste milky. Cocoa (18%) is the second ingredient.

      I have been drinking this for a year or two. It contains artificial sweetener (aspartame), so when it is made up, it has less energy than the same volume of skim milk. Says 97kJ (23 Cal) per 100ml, skim milk is about 150kJ per 100ml.

      Jarrah changed the name of this product about a year ago. It was previously called "Choc O'Lait". Coles haven't updated their website, which is why they still call it Choc O'Lait.

      I do put milk in at home, and if I go camping for a few days I'll take a 1L long life bottle (for tea and other things) and put a splash in but this one is the nicest I have found when made with just water.

  My favourite is the Salted Caramel and yes just a small amount of milk at the beginning mixed well gives it a lovely froth.
