Have you owned this model before? I bought one from the last deal mentioned in the post and I think it’s a ripper. The crust comes out crispy and there’s no need to have the oven heat up to temp and then cook it ( half an hour) With this it’s cooked in 5 mins The pizza comes out looking like one from a pizza shop. Yum yum out the bum no harm done.

      • Yes, exactly the same and it was useless. I find it hard to believe they can continue to market them. Are you using pre-cooked bases?

        • Yes pizza bases from a bakery at Dandenong market. If we can’t get them we use Aldi thin and crispy

  • kogan has ceased sending garbage???

  • Does anyone manage to get free postage? This listing includes a postage of AU $15.82.

The one with free shipping is $129 before discount.

Purchased one so definitely free postage, unless it's because I'm in Melbourne?

In regards to quality, know several people with the same machine and no issues.

      • You're right, it's free shipping when I change my address to Sydney. It's quite strange that there's no free postage for Canberra.

Thanks for posting the deal :)

  • How does it work, do you put the pizza on a pan with oil on the bottom? Or do you put it straight onto stone bake surface.

And is there any deal on a little dough mixing machine.

    • Straight onto the stone

  • Trust me, these are junk. Have two.

    • I believe you. Wish I had a better oven.

    • why'd you buy the second one?

      • Bought at same time for work parties.

Had one too and it was garbage but obviously pleases some people somehow.

  • No Free Postage for South Australia or Western Australia :(

  • These are terrible people. Don't buy one unless you want to be very disappointed.

We absolutely love ours. If you can't get a brilliant home made pizza out of one of these then you are doing it all wrong. Use the Jamie Oliver dough recipe, follow the instructions, and with the correct toppings you will make a delicious pizza. We were so impressed with the quality of these style of pizza makers that we bought a couple as gifts and they love them as well. My mum has been making pizzas all her life, but when she started using this type of pizza oven they tasted even better…not sure if this is the exact model we purchased but this STYLE of oven is brilliant. No more soggy pizza. And the more seasoned the stone gets thru use, the better the pizza gets. Absolutely do not agree with the negative comments in this post, and normally I do!

I bought one and love it. I spend a lot of time making my own sourdough breads and this turns out a far better base with more leoparding (charred spots = flavour country) than you can possibly get from any home oven as the temp gets way higher.

I'd suggest those complaining are using precooked bases, or maybe having problems with operator error? I've made hundreds of pizzas in a wide variety of ovens, and I'd say outside an actual pizza oven, this is about as good as it gets. I've produced truly excellent pies with these.

  • Hard to tell the difference between this and this

  • Definitely the best pizza oven l have used. Dammit. Missed this deal. Need one for caravan. If anyone bought one but not want it pm me please.
