The Famicom Classic is a totally different thing, and includes two wired controllers.

Played DKC and I can’t even get the red balloons in the first stage now when I could do that with my eyes closed when I was younger.
Input lag is greater these days with hmdi, lcds, etc. Not that the nes was particularly great with that anyway.

The Japanese one looks like the super Nintendo rather than the nes.
The Japanese one in the link is the SNES mini while the one in the deal is NES mini.
SNES has 2 designs. One design in US and the other for rest of the world.
That being said, the chip inside both machine is the same from what I remember reading, if you install hakchi into it you can play NES,SNES and Famicom games.
If you get the cheaper Super Famicom edition you'd need to hack it if you want to replace the Japanese titles with English versions.

The attraction for the genuine unit is that it is genuine and the games are legal. I wouldn't buy this cheap unit, cheap so it might not work and I can just run emulators on my computer anyway that does the same thing for free.
It's alot of repeats and a Chinese copy of the nes games. don't waste your money, check out the videos on youtube
