  • We've highlighted the deal for this evening as it expires at midnight (last chance), in case anyone was wondering why.

    • thank you! helpful reminder to see what I need to buy…

    • Cheers, are purchases through account on amazon.com counted for .com.au?

      • I don't believe so.

        • +1

Just tried and it did work with a $20 discount

    • Thankyou :)

    • Does it have to be one item worth $79+ or can a few add up to this amount to qualify?

      • Not sure about that sorry, hopefully someone else knows the answer. I'm not a new customer but you could quickly test by adding a few items to cart and seeing if the code applies (making sure they are all sold by Amazon AU directly only, no third party sellers).

        • +1

Just tried and it did work with 2 items valued at $50 each :)

  • +2

Would be good for the new Echo Spot https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B079HLZQ95

    • +2

AWSECHO25 didn't work, the product was introduced on Amazon AU after the code was initially made. AMAZON20 should still work though?

    • +1

What exactly is the point of that?

I feel like a Google version would be better as you can use Youtube

    • +2

How come no Echo Show in Aus?

    • Got no idea why Amazon is creating a product with video call function whilst we have skype or whatsapp call?

      • +1

Google has had there for a while and Apple theirs so why not Amazon

        • Which google device?

  • -3

anything good to use it on?

  • New account. New account. New account

  • +4

Would this work on an Amazon account, that's never bought from Amazon AU, but regularly from US/UK?

    • +11

      Yes!

      • +1

        Thanks for confirming this!

        • +4

did you try? im same as you and it wouldnt apply the $20 off

        • -1

          @everunman:

Just used it on two different US-regular accounts for our first purchases in AU. Worked perfectly.

        • +1

          @everunman:

Were the items sold by Amazon? I believe that's a requirement for it

  • +7

well zelda is at 73.99 maybe just buy a pro controller 79.99 instead. 59.99 is a very good price i think

    • +4

Wasn't going to look so I wouldn't buy anything but your comment made me buy both controller and game… =(
      Gotta spend to save right?

    • Yep been waiting for a decent price on the Pro controller and snapped it up very quickly!

      • I almost place the order after I post here. However it only saved me 4 over catch with gift card. 60 compare to 64. I do not want to waste 20 saving.

  • God of War for $49~~~

    • +1

Minimum spend is $79. Not $69

      • oops, my mistake.

    • God of war for $59 plus a free item worth $10 when you add it to basket then use code at $79

      • Got God of war plus mass effect andromeda for $68. Pretty happy with that!

        • Mass effect was part of the 2 for 1 games promo… You coulda got a second game free ROFL… I did. I got 12 Xbox games for $60. Thanks Amazon.

Also 24 bags of 80 mega blocks for $40 when they had buy 2 bags for $10 then 6 bags counted as $90 and would sell for $30 - $20 new user code. Lol

  • +7

Holy bejesus this works with the B1G1F vinyl deal as they calculate by the subtotal before the second vinyl is deducted. $85 of vinyl for $24 delivered for me.

    • o.O is there a link to that? or any vinyls?

    • +1

Thanks for the heads up… Just grabbed a couple of records for $32 delivered :)

    • cheers just got Gorillaz Humanz Deluxe Edition and Kraftwerk 3D for $35

    • It didn't work for me, but a nice chap in the support chat team gave me the discount anyways! $210 worth of vinyl for $80, schweet bizniss!!

    • Thank you so much for pointing this out. Insane deal! Got $151 worth of vinyl for $72.

    • Fantastic deal…$240 worth of vinyl for $100. Was $90 less than ordering from Amazon US, and one of the records was bizarrely only for Prime members on Amazon US.

    • Sick deal, coppped a kanye and cudi vinyl shipped for $25 and didn't even have to spend $79. I talked to live chat and they just added the $20 to my account credit

    • Thanks for this! Got $107 down to $35

  • -1

    Any deals?

  • +2

Is there anything on AmazonAU that isn't exorbitantly priced? I still have the free $50 credit from their pricing error with no hope of using it.

  • -3

Anything for $5 with free shipping?

  • Damn will there be another AMAZON30 after this?

    • +5

Just jumping in my DeLorean now, will let you know.

      • +1

Any deals on DeLoreans? I'm not sure buying one now will pay off, but need a DeLorean to find out. Uh oh, a wild paradox has appeared!

        • Don't use an escape rope! Suicide won't stop the paradox once it's started!

  • finally, deal from Amazon

  • +2

Looks like a good deal but I can’t find anything worth buying.

    • mobile powerbanks ?
      shoes ?
      thermals / wool socks ?
      portable hard-disks ?

  • +2

    Gift cards?

  • +7

Maybe it's a dumb question, but how do you filter things so you only see items sold by amazon au?

    • i was trying to work this out too

      • After the search is complete. Look in the left column and under Seller select Amazon AU. You may have to select See More to see Amazon AU.

      • Look at the left category column when doing a search. There will be a seller option - but you need to have a department or another category selected for it to appear.

  • Will this work, if I create new account on Amazon AU, then make actual purchase on amazone.com . There is much more variety on amazon.com

  • +1

This for single item over $79 only? I have multiple items in cart above that, but less than $79 ea, but code won't work. Definitely Amazon au.

    • Works for me 50+35 comes to 65

    • Is this your first purchase on amazon au? Are all the items in your cart sold by amazon (not marketplace sellers)?

  • +2

And yet it will cost me $20 more even with the code compared to other websites to get what I wanted..

  • +1

"The promotional code you entered is not valid." I've used Amazon US a lot but don't think I've ever bought anything on Amazon AU before.

  • +6

Nintendo Labo variety kit for $73.99! I was going to buy it and God of War from jbhifi today, looks like Amazon it is.

    • +1

That is interesting. Since I have discount gift card for jb and catch. Most game and controller only actually save me about $4. This one could save me 10 instead. But is it worth it? Just cardboard?

      • If Labo is just cardboard then other games are just cases.

You're paying for the game itself as well, if you just want the cardboard the templates were made public by Nintendo.

    • +2

Just bought the labo variety kit too! I was ok to pay full price but this coupon made it a day one purchase. For a STEM toy that looks fun to build and introduce basic programming concepts to my 6 and 4yo, I think it's a very well spent 74 dollars.

Damn the new God of war looks absolutely amazing.

  • If they start to replicate Ebays sales model. It will be every week lol

    • which also involves sellers jacking up prices prior to the discount codes.

  • Good deal, I guess. Shame the AU implementation is a current failure. With overpriced items and a hard to use app.

    • +1

Its unbelievable how the exact same item even after conversion to A$ and shipping charges is still way cheaper to order from Amazon US.I wonder which fools buy from Amazon Australia?

      • I bought one pair of shoes from the Naturalizer Amazon store that was $79 but $125 in the physical Naturalizer store. Otherwise I can't imaging why anyone would buy from Amazon AU - everything is cheaper on Amazon.com even including shipping. I can usually get it within a week or so.

        • Amazon.com does not have free shipping. Au has over $50. Have been a few deals 60% off.

        • @wxyz234: Amazon.com doesn't have free international shipping fees, but their delivery charges are very fair and when included in the price of the item will still beat Amazon.com.au. Like I said, it is possible to get good deals on amazon.com.au but they are far and few between, plus their range is very small on Amazon.com.au.

        • @gugs: plenty of deals at amazon au atm.

        • @gugs: yes they do…

  • This worked with the Echo dot AWSECHO25 deal. I just ordered for $39

  • +1

Far Cry 5 on PC is 74. Get something else cheap and you can get it for ~60.

    Nice.

    • its 79 not 74

  • Nice.

  • I made a new account and still gives me an error that the code cannot be applied

can anyone check if it works for them on this item and its not just me?
    https://www.amazon.com.au/Avante-Height-Adjustable-Stand-Ris…

    • +1

That's because it's for an item sold by a 3rd party, only Amazon AU products can have the discount applied.

      • thanks

anyway, found the same item on EBAY plus 20% discount code :)

  • Does this have expiry date?

  • Not sure if already posted, but free megabloks with huggies…

    https://www.amazon.com.au/b?node=5600176051&pf_rd_p=1d37c27e…

    • -2

      how free?

      • What?

Did you even click on the link?

  • Thanks OP, code worked for me :)

  • +2

Just bought 3 * 6 oral b brush heads ($28). With discount, total price comes down to $59.39.

Oral-B Precision Clean Replacement Power Toothbrush Heads, Pack of 6 https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0048EL0EY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_6…

    • Thanks mate, great find. I also bought 3 packs of 6 heads but my final total was $51.40. Looks like some other promotion must have stacked. This makes it $2.85 per head which makes it a great deal for genuine Oral B toothbrush heads.

    • why mine 3 * 6 oral b brush heads total is $89.97

      • and when I used the code it says
The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase.

  • Anything to stop you from opening multiple new accounts? Do they track payment method or shipping does anyone know?

    • +2

      No they don't.

    • 4-5 accounts per IP address should be fine.

      • Lol I'd have 20+:')

  • I have tried to use my son's brand new account to buy headphones. But get the "The promotional code you entered is not valid." on 3 different headphones.

How can you find out which products are avaialble??

    • +3

Can not be 3rd party. Have to be amazon
