  had live chat with SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast they said they dont accept amex at the door? they are unless via chat and wont answer the phone. family pass online is cheaper at $99 anyway.

  Update: I have purchased merlin pass at SEALIFE Sydney. 4 x $65 pp family pass. Total cost $260, $100 on one amex, $160 on the other. 2x $40 credit emails (awaiting the credit to hit the amex app). Total net cost $45 ea (180 total for 4).

  Max 2 adults on the family 'pass'.

    I tried purchasing annual pass last weekend at the new increased price $79 x4= $316. Unfortunately was not able to split payment into $100+100+116. Best they could do was $158 (2 pass) and $158 (2 pass).

    Attendant said 'system does not allow' even needed to escalate to a supervisor to confirm.
