  • It will be even cheaper tmrw. As the latest flyer says it will be $600 off
    The UA75NU8000WXXY that is
Wait your title says nu8000 but the pic is nu7100. Which one are you referring to?

    • fixed now, actual SKU should be UA75NU7100

      • It was definitely the UA75NU8000WXXY I have double checked. Didn't pick up the different model in the picture. ? Price error?

        • I can confirm it is the NU7100.

          https://i.imgur.com/xDk8ZBt.png

It has a SKU number 45493. Also, see below comment, it had a free Xbox One X bundle promotion going with it in 20th June (which is now gone)

  • Do they have the 65"

  • +4

Bought this couple of days from The good guys.
Saw the deal from HN which is $2974, plus $400 gift card. Samsung had a bonus XBOX ONE X bundle(worth ~$700) for 75inch+ TVs, but HN was excluded.
So went to TGG for price match, they matched the price $2947 with $400 TGG gift card(after talking to his manager, the sales guy said cant make it lower, that is the lowest he ever seen), and also I can claim the XBOX ONE X once I got the TV.

    • Thats awesome !

    • So you got it at $2547 plus claimed the Xbox?

      • +2

        Yup, cheap af

        • I wish that you had posted the deal on here. I would have snapped it up for sure.

  • 100Hz meaning 60Hz?

    • Yep 60hz. 100 is the "motion rate" :P
Not sure why you got negged… These days consumers need all the help they can get to decipher what the actual specs of TVs are.

For example, I consider myself pretty up to date with tech, but TCL baffles me (or TCL Australia at least..)
They now have 3 naming conventions for their 4k TVs. UHD, QUHD (which used to be what they named their TVs with quantum dot displays, but now just seems to be what they call their semi-premium models), and QLED (their new TVs with quantum dot displays).

Even the buyer's guide on each product page is just misleading, and has been for months now:

"What resolution screen will you need? Full HD TV offers you a 1080p Full HD resolution, consisting of 1920 pixels x 1080 (1080p), which can be up to 5x sharper than a normal TV. Ultra HD TV has 2160 pixels x 1080 resolution and when you step up to 4K Ultra HD TV, you’re looking at 3840 pixels by 2160, offering you 4x the picture resolution of Full HD."

  • Harvey Norman is $2974 + bonus $400 gift card so effectively making it $2574

Im also looking at buying this tv. My biggest concern is the 4 prong legs instead of the old fashion stands where i can swivel the tv to turn it left or right…

    • Where did you find the bonus gift card? It's not on their website.

      • It was on their website yesterday.. Hmmm

  • I think these tv this size must be wall mounted

    • +5

The stand attached to the bottom of the tv thinks you're wrong.

  • Comfirming this is not a 4k tv? I have a 75" Sony and think its time to check 4k.

  • UA75NU7100 is $2680 @ 2nd's World (Brand new, not second)
