still not a bad deal - given that after cashback, you essentially get the product for free

The stickers are on ALL the products at Dick Smith Arndale - and on the sticker it says, "Purchase me and receive 100% cashback". The upload is a photo of the sticker itself. I got excited as I thought I could pick up a logitech steering wheel with the cash back, but upon upon further investigation, I can see that only a limited number of products are included in this deal.

Only applies to these old models but 5 per household is not bad.

    • i expect you will receive an email when they send the cheque or are about to do the bank deposit.

        • Nope, still says "Thank you for sending in your claim documentation. Your claim has been received and validated. Please allow up to 28 days from the date your claim was validated for your refund to be processed." and I didn't receive a validation email or any other emails from logitech since the first one.

    Got my cash back, including two wrongly purchased headphone. I didn't notice it must be "clearchat style", and purchased two "clearchat premium", which costed my around $40 each. Was expecting them to return my receipt and do a refund, but they cash back my anyway, which is damn good!

  • I guess Logitech didnt want any of us to return the items back to the store after getting cashback, so they took about 3 weeks to process the cash refund….

    Didn't think they would post the cheques registered post. If 2500 people claimed and it costs them $3.55 for registered post each, then it cost em $8875 just to post the cheques.

        Just realised that they would have to send a registered post to everyone who claimed (to post the receipts). So thats 3314 * $3.55

        Thats $11764 if they had to pay the full price in registered post. I'm sure they got some sort of a discount though.

          you basically lose your original receipt(for warranty purposes)
          but you could email logitech to get the tracking # for it
