Buy any five (5) Continental products from any participating Woolworths or Safeway store (excluding Woolworths and Safeway Home Shop and Caltex Woolworths or Caltex Safeway co-branded outlets) between 12.01am AEST Monday 31.3.08 and 11.59pm AEST Sunday, 27.4.08 (“Promotional Period”) and either:

(a) By mail: complete the official entry form available in-store & send in a photocopy of the Woolworths or Safeway store receipt(s) showing the purchase of five (5) Continental products during the Promotional Period and send to QuickWrap Mailing, Unit 2, 98 Carnarvon St, Silverwater NSW, 2128.
OR
(b) By Internet: Log on to Continentalplates.com.au, and follow the prompts to leave your first & last name, postal address, contact details & the five (5) Continental product barcodes and the Woolworths or Safeway store receipt number(s) showing the purchase of the five (5) Continental products during the Promotional Period.

Entries close last mail received 9.5.08 for mail entries or noon AEST 28.4.08 for on-line entries or when stocks run out, whichever is first to occur. Offer is strictly limited to the first 5000 claims received.
