  • "The Ultimate Gaming Mouse" that says it all!

  • Nice mouse, might grab one.

    death adder is better

    • +1 and only $55 @MSY

      • That's just personal opinion and what the hell, I bought a deathadder v2 last month and I'm pretty sure it was only $49 at msy.
I had to pay $54 to get it from Arc because MSY only had it in stock in victoria though.
        Staticice shows it as $53.

  • Looks like a fairly old mouse. Are these still as good as they used to be?

    • Its end of line which is why it is priced so low. Pricing for it would have been 68-82 depending where you are shopping.

      +1 G9.

    • thats 2000dpi, you can get el cheapo ones that does that resolution nowadays. copperhead is one of the first razer models, good mouse.

    • It is, I bought that early 2006, great mouse but there are better ones! Co-incidentally mine still works but the mouse skates have come off so I switched to DeathAdder late last year.

  • logitech g5 or g9 is better.

Yeah, only less than a dozen shops in Australia on static ice selling these, I do believe it's end of line.
$8 delivery brings price up to $48 really.
Maybe someone can explain how this small mouse cost the same to deliver as a very large and heavy Belkin UPS in the other deal ?

    • It works out that on some orders they ship items under cost and on others they make a few bucks. They have massive discounts on their eParcel rates (under contract with Australia Post) and it likely only costs them $3-$4 to ship this item anywhere in VIC regardless of size. Mate of mine had a 32" TV shipped to him for $10 from COTD.

They make profit on the local deliveries but lose out a bit on the regional ones… all in all I think their rates are fairly decent. They want you to add a few more little things on our way out though. :)

  • shipping kills it. I try to only shop with stores with fair prices or even better, free.

  • Can someone show me where the 'only-the-fly' res adjustment button is?

The Green Glow is sure to pull in the LAN chicks.

    • Continuing with the ambidextrous theme, the Copperhead has forward and back thumb buttons on both the left and right sides of the mouse. Since two buttons opposite your thumb will be relatively inaccessible, depending on your hand placement, the mouse maps those buttons to cycle the dpi between four presets.
