Thoughts on current ANZ Black FF offer

I can't see any mention of this in deals or in existing topics so thought I'd get the experts opinions on the current ANZ Black FF card offer.

From what I gather the key terms of the offer are:

75k bonus QFF, with one eligible purchase in first 3 months
$425 annual fee
$200 account credit if one eligible purchase is made within the first 3 months
No minimum spend to receive bonuses

I'm not eligible for Amex or Westpac cards as I've held both within the last 12 months so this appears to be the next best option. What do people think?

Edit: I should've mentioned that I'm looking for the best deal available now as I have some big purchases to make very soon. Can't wait for the next annual fee waiver deal unfortunately.

The annual fee was waived for the first year in a recent deal.

This card is not worth getting for $425 annual fee.

  Thanks for the reply. Normally I'd wait for the fee to be waived again but I have some big purchases coming up and would like to take advantage of them to get some bonus points. Note also that the $200 account credit effectively reduces the fee to $225. I just want to get people's opinions on whether there is a better alternative available right now?

What about St George 50k offer with only $2k spend? $99 annual fee but there are ways to avoid that.
