Same for me. I hardly ever get an email from Qantas saying my Woolworths shop has been tracked and I shop Woolworths through the Qantas Mall every week. I haven't got any points from my shops too. I'm hoping that maybe its just really delayed and they will start appearing in my points.
I've also received zero point through Qantas mall. And so I have now given up on them.
Getting notifications of Woolies orders but no credits yet from purchases starting 6/4/2018. Email advises that points will take 4 to 8 weeks to be credited and that some stores may take longer. Will give them another 4 weeks then follow up on April purchase.
I can see credits from ebay, kogan and david jones and these seem to fall within the 4-8 weeks.
Hi guys, I just discussed it in Woolworths internally. The current situation is following, you made a purchase in April. At the beginning of May Woolworths validates orders made via Qantas and confirms that they were not canceled and no unsupplied coupon codes used. Then Qantas waits for 45 days to get Woolworths to compensate the points amount. Therefore, 45 days from the beginning of the next month (after the purchase) points should be rolled to your accounts. We understand that this is not the best experience ever, and we are working on the improvement.

Has anyone recieved their points for woolworths orders yet? I usually shop ebay and woolworths through the qantas mall and have noticed that everything about the ebay offer seems to be streamlined (I get the email less than a day later, and the points at the end of the month). With woolworths, I've noticed that I don't get the emails sometimes for a week plus, often I get less emails than the number of orders I've placed and I've never seen a point actually land so far.
