probably depends on your usage…
if you're like me, and print at home only 4 times a year or so.. then this will do you nicely and will last years.
I have the Samsung CLP-300N from a deal listed here 4 years ago, ended up costing me something like $99 after multiple cashbacks.
If you're going to use it more regularly, then you can probably justify spending more..
Toner goes about $80 for each.

Color printing is always a lot slower than B&W in a small/cheap printer because it takes 4 times as many passes.
i know but 4ppmis very slow
A good deal. The toners on these are dead-easy to do DIY refills with, too.
