I think it’s the same toaster, not very good reviews
I though SMEG was a high-end quality brand but found out that it's poor quality.
We have 4 smeg microwaves/ovens (built into the cupboards) in our kitchen, at work, and 3 of them died within 12mts. (one wouldn't heat up, the second you could not set the time or press any of the button and third one the door locking mechanism broke) The last one still seems to work but nobody uses it.
Got replaced with 2 Panasonic (<$200) 18mts ago and they get used and abused but still keep going.
Although everybody agrees that the SMEG microwaves/ovens look really good :)

Came in here for the SMEG jokes, was a little disappointed. I thought there would be a few more Red Dwarf fans around.
