I signed up for club catch on may to take advantage of a switch deal. Now it seems the only way to cancel is to contact their customer service team who will then forward it to their club catch team. This customer service team also has no idea how long it take for the club catch team to get back to me.
I also just checked the club catch website and it seems there's a minimum 3 months subscription. I didn't notice this when I signed up for club catch. Does anyone know how long this minimum 3 months condition has been in place?

That sounds pretty dodgey! They must have a lot of cancellations waiting in line!
Given that cancellation is by email, then you could perhaps send them an email at least a month in advance of the final billing with the effective date you want to terminate your membership, followed by one just before the billing. If they continue to charge, then you have a clear case to dispute the costs.
