      Looks like RP Data - As an ex real estate salesperson, I have to say use this is a really general guide only. Quite often we would print these out then go do a property inspection and the valuation was significantly different from what RP suggested. Not bad for a freebie though.

    I received mine it looked quite professional but given the place next door to my block is almost half my size but it sold 2 years ago for $400K more than their value i would say their value is a bit on the low side.

    Still a good freebie, thanks guys

    Not really a great deal. Basically any real estate agent will do a free evaluation… at least in my area.

      In my experience, real estate agents will give it to you if you are selling, not if you are buying.

    Not a bargain & not even an actual real property valuation, either.

    Only registered property valuers can give an accurate & full valuation.

    What this is, is a basic RP report which any local real estate agent will print off an online database for free, and give to you.

    Don't be fooled by these people. These RP reports are virtually useless & in no way an accurate representation of a real valuation of your home. They are used for little else than hooking you inside a real estate salesperson's door, so they can line you up for a commission.

    I received mine the next day it looked professional but given the photo of the house is more than 8 years old its not that accurate but good as rough guide. its also good to find out what the place next door to my block sold for 1 year ago too that gives me a better idea of the true value. Still a freebie is a freebie, thanks guys

    Update - Most people have received their reports who signed up before 8pm yesterday. The rest will get theirs tomorrow. Please only 1 report per person so we can get the reports out quicker. Jon

      possibly Sam, about 2% of the reports need further investigation hence the delay for some people. For properties that do not return an exact match we are supplying the closest property instead.
