Make sure you read it carefully. For example, for the men's swift:

This suit is intended for race day only and not for training
    Expected lifespan is 5-10 races
    Not chlorine resistant

    • lol not chlorine resistant? come on now..how useless

      • They're designed for open water swims

        • Yes, but in water salt dissolves into its ions - sodium and chlorine. Seawater is not chlorine free.

It says the suit has a limited lifespan, probably for this exact reason.

I wouldn't waste yor money on these, the top quality Speedo equivilant ones wont help you at all unless your a state or above swimmer, and even then your only looking at an advantage in the hundreds of a second. The Nike ones are hopeless to start with.

    • And the fact that if you were a state or above swimmer you wouldnt be able to wear it in a race as they have been banned from competition. Buy it only for a bit of fun not for a swim cosutume to use. They are not that easy to get on either as they should be rediculously tight

      • These havent been banned. The higher quality and new Speedo ones have though

        • I think that you will find that for men a costume cannot go above the navel or below the knee and for women cannot go below the knee.

I dont think fatasses like me would look too good in these things, someone might try and harpoon me or something :). Plus, 'rec retail' of $200 for 5-10 race lifespan tells me that you better be pretty serious about swimming to buy these- regardless of your girth.

Yeah, especially in Australian waters, the Japanese are pretty active around here and the government isn't doing much about it.

  • People are still thinking about buying clothes from 1-day? Seen nothing but bad things come from these guys.
