Generally doesn't work for chain hotels. Used the last coupon fine for a trip to Sydney coming up

Book with a credit card that doesn't charge a fee on purchases made in foreign currencies (my CBA Diamond Amex did the job nicely).
Shit, I accidentally didn't use the coupon. Any way I can add it afterwards? Where do you even add this coupon? Can't see it.
You won't see it if the hotel is ineligible.
I made the same mistake, and I’d booked a non-refundable rate as well. I tried my luck and called up CheapTickets, and they were able to call the hotel I’d booked, cancel it on my behalf, and then they rebooked it with the promo code. I’d say it would depend on the hotel as to whether they can do this every time, but I was pretty impressed! Ended up saving $60, so it would have been a costly mistake if they couldn’t fix it.
I just compared all the hotel sites for a 5-night stay in London and CheapTickets was the most expensive by far, once the US$ conversion comes into effect. I've never had much luck getting better prices on CheapTickets with their 16-18% coupons.

Thanks OP, I got about $90USD off. Even before discount the place I was after was cheapest on this website. Hopefully Cashrewards will work too.
