I only used this site once and had extremely fast shipping considering I'm in Perth (it arrived in two business days from order)

They're great as long as you never have to deal with support.

I bought a Kogan branded product last year and out of the box it was defective.

After contacting support it took over a month just to get a return authorisation number and the return details from them. Somehow they lost track of my case 3 times so I had to keep contacting them over and over again.

Same thing kept happening after I had shipped the product back. They kept telling me my refund would be processed in 3-5 business days, but I found myself having to contact them yet again because the refund didn't arrive. At one point they actually asked me to forward to them the emails they had previously sent me.

I did finally receive my refund though. Only took them 24 weeks.

      • I already own this monitor, it's okay but not great. Also Kogan support is (profanity) shit, I had bought a bed frame it arrived with no wooden slats I had to sleep on the ground with my mattress for two weeks whilst they kept giving me bullshit excuses, that long to get a refund and I had to organize to send it back.

    That's accuracy, Kogan, not precision.

    • Maybe it expands ;-)

  • got one for my mate his one is great considering the price

Not the best price its ever been, but a good one nonetheless. Maybe pair with those kogan $50 off vouchers (they are still a thing right?) and shipster shipping and this could be a crazy cheap deal.

    • Can only use 1 voucher at a time now, so best you can do is $30 off with some referral credit.

      • Ah damn, still another $30 off this price aint too bad at all.

    • bullshit how the hell did u get it for a little cheaper hmmmm

200 is the lowest isnt it?

What Acer monitor are you referring to?

  • Im very happy with this monitor that i bought around 2 months ago! Although i got it for a little cheaper

  • I got mine a year and a bit ago for $240 shipped, and was happy with the purchase then.

The stand is garbage, and it angles it downwards for some reason and isn't adjustable. Bezels are also bigger then I'd have liked, but other than that I've got no real complaints.

Fast refresh, freesync works well with my Vega, matte screen, good IO, VESA mount… Great deal.
