    Any pc will do a straight 1:1 dump. Only when it comes to compression/conversion is when you will need a powerful pc or else it will take forever.

  Thats not exactly a slouch CPU in the machine, I thinkt he limiting part if anything at a guess would be the HDD thats a 5400RPM drive which would slow things done converstion wise, if its a 7200 drive it shouldnt be an issue, either way converting takes ages, if your doing a straight 1:1 copy this machine will be fine.

  The videocard in this laptop isnt very good, your better off with a laptop using a common - HD 5650 1GB, 5730 or 6730 for the SAME PRICE!
