Bought the Canon PowerShot A495 at O.W. for $68 last week. Much better price for a fairly similar camera.

  Not really that similar. The basic specs for megapixels, op zoom and screen is much better on this sony one. Plus, I would prefer rechargeable lithium-ion battery to AA battery. The amount of money spent on AA batteries might be more expensive than lithium-ion ones. I also find that AA batteries dont last as long as lithium-ion ones.
