So… how do we find out what these specials are?
The website said: clerance items can not be purchase online
Well, that was informative..
Prices and availability correct at beginning of event
Some stock may already have sold out
Not all items available at all stores.Checked them out yesterday (Sydney CBD store). Unfortunately, the on-sale items are (almost exclusively) Kathmandu's own-branded items. These are fairly generic and, even with 50-70% off, are still more expensive than what you can find on eBay and similar. For example:
800mAh solar charger
http://www.kathmandu.com.au//61045/Carabineer-Charger-With-L…$159.98 is their RRP
$119.98 for "Summit Club" members
$59.98 during the current saleOr similar item from eBay:
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Juicebar-Clip-solar-charger-USB-all-i…I'd file this deal under "relatively cheap" rather than "bargain".
your kinder than me… id file it as "70% off - Back to actual market value pricing"
they are so overpriced..
Before I vote negative again, the poster will need to put more info on what are actually on sale. Up to 70% discount is not good enough. I can go around and create hundreds of post like this.
Cough, rip off. Try Amazon.
stuff of kathmandu are always over-priced, but its quality never match its price very well.
for the same money, i can find some really good stuff of really good brands.
Kathmandu = rip-off!
do these blokes do slr camera baggs?
